Life is a hard battle anyway. If we laugh and sing a little as we fight the food fight of freedom, it makes it all go easier. I will not allow my life's lift to be determined by the darkness around me

When we die, we go alone - no one, not even our closest loved one, can accompany us. And being unable to accept this and let go of our attachment to our loved ones will cause our mind to be in turmoil and make it very difficult to have a peaceful death
