ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING

Conventional Manufacturing

There's a long road ahead & working together is the most effective way to get somewhere. Manufacturing jobs usually require long hours, heavy lifting, agility, hands on technical skills, problem solving skills, constant collaboration, and a creative mindset to get the job done, plus 1000 other skills you need to constantly add to your toolbox. I've worked alongside some of the hardest working people on this planet and that's a fact.

Many manufacturing environments operate equipment that has become worn throughout the decades. Many spare parts are stocked on hand in a storeroom as parts are proactively swapped out or run to failure.

Having a 3D metal printer staged onsite or locally can save a manufacturer money, time, and inventory space if parts can be printed on-demand rather than order the parts from thousands of miles away.

This video shows a typical high volume manufacturing environment where 3D Metal printing can be integrated into the current operations.
